flights shall not be allowed within the Brussels

flights shall not be allowed within the Brussels

between 0700-0800 and on

SUN

between 1600-1900.

Note: Outside these periods,

will be afforded priority over

VFR

flights. These restrictions do not apply

to State

ACFT

and

HEL

flights.

Local

VFR

flights at night within the

traffic circuit at not authorized.

10.3 Routeings

10.3.1 Position reports
